  2. Is anyone here anymore? I wish we could start a forum for tap quest, it would be easier to talk about them and help each other with forum sections.

anyone have good party characters strategies?

  3. Is there a forum for Tap quest? If so please put the link here.
I've got 7 more levels after Wooden Gates. Deserted, Dungeon Drudge, Cave Cave, Speed Bugs, Paradise Maze,Ahveeyal Forest and Lost Forest.
There all not so spectacular in my opinion. There quite easy.

Anyone some hints for new stars?

  4. Can anyone confirm how many of those new daily quests there have been? I only have 45 and 47. The numbering does not match up with how many quests hade previously been released, it seems like.

  5. Where is everyone here? I only have Quest 44 and 51.

  6. I have quests 41, 43, 46, 49, 50, 52, and 53...

They are all pretty easy though, they almost look randomly generated. I hope the premium quests are worth it!

  7. I have a sinking feeling that each premium quest is going to cost us $.99 each. I wish they would go back to their original format and earn their money from advertisers.

  8. I wonder if 41 was the first daily one.
Does anyone have one before that?
They do seem randomly generated or something. I have stopped wasting my time trying to blow up trees or look for hidden stairs.
I won't pay $.99 per quest for this, but I do love this game when the levels are good.

  9. what is this premium quest thing? Where are you guys getting these updates?

Also, I only have quest 42 and 53... can you not download quests now if you don't check the day they come up?

  10. I had bought the dawf (well worth it tbh) and I get lvls every day (they all suck balls). Dunno if it's cuz I paid or not tho

  11. Assuming the daily quests started with "quest 41", then tomorrow's daily quest, quest 66, would enable someone to complete 75 total quests and win the game. If there were daily quests before quest 41, this may already be possible. Has anyone done that?
I am missing some of the daily quests, so I will have to wait.
To answer some questions above, the daily quests have only been available on the day they are released. The message at the beginning of each daily quest mentions "premium quests" that will be available in the future, so that's why a few people here are saying there might be quests you have to pay for at some point.
They talked about a Tap Quest II on this blog a while back, I wonder if that is in the works, still. I wish someone would post news to this blog again.

  12. Finally have 75 / 75 crystals. I'm guessing I'll have 76 / 75 tomorrow...

  13. So what happened?

  14. 76 / 75 now. Nothing happens as far as I can tell. If the ending level turns out to be a premium quest, I might be disappointed!

  16. Dear Adrian,

Wouldn't you know it, it's been 11 years since your last update. I was actually looking for this game because I had fond memories of playing Tap Quest that recently resurfaced when I played another game called Dungeon Siege, and I went on a deep, deep Internet search to try and find this game again.

To get down to brass tacks, I have a request for you, if you still hold the app data, let alone if you're even getting notifications on this blog. If you would, please find a way to archive this game. I would hate to see any game die out the way Tap Quest did, and it would be a boon to the Internet if it came back in some small way. Compiled as a side-loaded app with the in-app purchases unlocked, a re-release under a new name, as the Tap Quest name has been taken since your absence; or, my boldest suggestion to you, release the source code and allow others to create new maps, monsters, or make total conversions if even pocket communities could grow around the game.

I hope you're still out there and can read this, and if you are, thanks for taking the time to do so, and you'd consider my words.
